Discord support ticket: Verification Required account lock

Is it normal to not recieve an email confirming receipt of a ticket?

I've submitted about 3 but no comfirmation has been sent back to me. I also have been waiting about a week for my phone number to validate ("Verification Required" lock out), but still no response. :(
