Transfer of Server Ownership should have Consent on both parties.

A while ago a friend of mine made me owner in his server and bailed on it. And at the time I was ok with it. But I didn't get any heads up. No warning message "This person gave you ownership." No "Do you want to accept ownership?" Nothing.

Now generally this isn't that big an issue. But I can think of a few situations where this might be a big issue for someone else who isn't careful with there bot permissions. Like what if a bot is given join server permissions and joins them to a server. A server with illegal content. Then what if they are given ownership. And then the server gets reported? Would that person get their account deleted asap with no chance of appeal?

Simply put, I think it's dangerous to give server ownership to another person and for that person to have no say and no warning about if they can accept ownership. When my friend gave me ownership of his server, I didn't know it till a week later. That's how unceremonious it was. Hoping this is the right place to post this concern. Sincerely, Blake. A.K.A.
