I'm lost, Discord has deactivated my account for some reason and I don't know how to make a proper appeal request.

Hi, there,

My account was hacked recently and the hacker bought Nitro. I logically cancelled the transaction but my account is now suspended/deactivated, but I don't know the reason that caused this. The fact that I cancelled or the fact that the hacker spammed a server on all my contacts and servers or both?

They tell me to make an appeal via support requests, which I did. But I don't know how to do it correctly. I've made one, but then on the right-hand side there are confirmation requests, so I've added messages to the conversation to confirm them. Will this be taken into account?

If not, could someone please write a good request text?

I'm really stressed because this account is very important to me.

    If by cancelled you mean charged back then yes discord will ban you for that instantly.

    I stopped the transaction before the money left my account, that's what you call charged back ?

    So what can i do now ?

    My account was very important for me too and they fully deleted it and ignored my appeals, and if that wasn't enough I'm not even getting any specifics on why that happened.
