Suspended Account for Age

My discord account has been suspended due to “violating the minimum age requirements” when in reality I am an adult. I have already sent two tickets (the first one had the wrong image and i realised too late), and it's been already 5 days. I'm starting to panic because i know my account will get permanently deleted in two weeks, and i'm in contact only through that account with a lot of important people . I have messaged both Twitter accounts and their Tiktok account as well, but i haven't gotten a response anywhere. Is there a way to get the n more direct contact with support? Any help would be appreciated
