My ticket received no response but was marked for resolution.Please vote and leave comments for people who have the same situation.

Is this true?
According to a user, it seems that when resolving the blocking letter, the official will change the complaint letter to resolved without any notice.
This means that all messages and emails sent to the locked account will be regarded as "read" to "solve" this problem.

 

Please please help me before my account is deleted

I don't even know why it was disabled

I still have nitro in my account…

    I experienced the same, my tickets were marked as solved without having my issue solved or answered.
