why does discord keep solving my appeals with no response?

Ive sent 8 appeals so far, the reason as to why is because every single one of them keeps getting solved out of nowhere and in a matter of minutes with no response, ive been locked out of my account for almost a week and im more than livid at the fact that no matter where i send a message i get radio silence

    If you think that is bad.. i also experience the same thing except they keep solving it instantly

    Update: discord isnt reading any of my tickets…most of them have been closed with no input by the exact same bot

    I've experienced the exact same treatment, I think they don't have enough employees would be my best guess.
