No respond on Age update request

So basically i've jokingly said “im 10” in a joke with my friend which was possibly fake reported for calling me out underage, then i received a account de-activation notify on my email, after doing all tbe required stuff, presenting a visible birth day along with my username and face all visible in ONE photo

im now waiting 6 days and i've still got no response which honestly upsets me because i used my discord to connect with a game that uses it to save data causing me to possibly lose over 500 hours of progression. please discord staff just let me back into my own account because this is absolute BS how you ignore the ones that got falsely banned

    Discord takes underaged accounts and violations of their terms very seriously, even if it was joking. Unfortunately the only thing you can do is wait for the appeal to go through. You can always follow up with them by referencing the Request ID found in your Discord support →  Profile →"activities"

    You may also want to consider reaching out to the game developers map south portugal to see if there's any way they can assist you with your progression data, such as temporarily linking your account to a new Discord account or providing other solutions.
