Banned two times for the same thing

Dear Support Team,

I am reaching out because I have been banned again for the same offense, despite having previously addressed this issue. My Discord username is ttm_4k.

Some time ago, I was banned due to a joking remark about my age, even though I am actually way over 14 years old ( im 18, turning 19 this Year). After providing the necessary information and resolving the situation, I was surprised to find my account banned once more for the same reason.

I cannot explain why this has happened again. I was already a week banned when this happend today and i even have sent a mugshot lookin ahh picture of mine with an Id in an request 4 days ago. I will be patient but its weird, i just hope i get my account back.

    Same happened to me, knowing support this will take anywhere between hours to months with resolving, if at all, its a whole game of luck
