Discord Suspended account for "underraged" and they ghosting us?

Hey, today it's my 9th day of getting suspeded by discord, its also the 9th day of my first ticket which is still open without any answers, as i can see a lot of poeple got the same problem like me.. We are close to get permanently deleted but discord moderation is ghosting us..

    Dont worry about getting permentatly deleted because my account got falsely disabled for being underaged too about 3 months ago but its still undeleted so dont fret. I made a ticket 6 days ago but no response still

    Alkszikibro dont send multiple tickets all it does is put back ur ticket

    Alkszikibro Your account wasn’t automatically deleted after 30 days? This gives me some hope. I don’t care how long I have to wait to get my account back, but if it is automatically deleted after 30 days then I am forced to panic. I’m on day 17 of no response, also for an underage ban.

    Lxxcester is ur ticket still open? because the normal response time is 13  days

    Averagebeverage3 Yes my ticket is still open. The last time my ticket was viewed was May 29th, however no tangible action was taken. I opened the ticket on May 20th, and I have attached some photos that show what my ticket looks like now.

    The “CONFIRM” parts of the ticket that are marked “No” - these weren’t marked by me. Those options did not show up/appear when I created my ticket, and apparently appear when the question is related to a bot specifically. The “CONFIRM” parts being marked as “No” was the only action that was taken on my appeal, and it was on May 29th. I have not had any response or communication in regards to my ticket (either through the Support System or another channel).
