No response to age appeal

Hello, So basically 12 days ago, 28th may to be exact my discord account has been falsely disabled for being underage. When getting the email about this i instantly did the required things including my face and a photo id with my username written down in one single photo. after countless days of waiting i had absolutely no response from the discord support team making me worry knowing an account is deleted after 14 days of it being disabled. can anyone tell me why did discord leave my appeals on open?

    I don't really know much about that 

    But my account was also disabled and they're not telling me when they'll permeantly delete my account 

    But it's just putting solved without been solved

    I’m going through the EXACT same thing right now. Appeals are being closed and marked solved, been wrongfully terminated out of my account since May 23rd. I’m getting so angry.

    Senpaiithon i appealed on may 24th lol they still yet to respond the general support refuses to refer a general question ticket to the terms & service team this is so annoying
