How do you get your hacked account back?

My account is hacked since Jan 22 2024. 

These are all the responses I get regardless what I say or do, I explained everything I could think of, I even sent proof that I couldn't log back into my account, and yet all I get are these useless responses. Yet I seen some others managed to get it back where someone named “Waterloo” reverts them back. So how do I get their attention and not have it marked solved after 1 day later or more with a useless response.  

 

This is the most frustrating thing I am trying to get my back.

    is this the original email u use for ur account that got hack ?

    Yes. It is. My email was changed on my original account and I'm trying to get it back and revert it back to my email address.

    I have the exact same issue. Been hacked over 3 months ago, all my tickets get closed without receiving any help. The message you posted a screenshot of is the last one I received too. I am opening all my tickets with my lost account's previous mail address as well, of course I can't use the current one since it's the hacker's mail, not mine. My account also isn't linked to phone and obviously since its mail was changed I can't use password recovery either.

    Theultimatetd222 dont make new acc with the email u used before because they cant like revert it if u used it.

    arachan23 I already changed my email address to a different one with my new account I'm currently on since I was told to change it when talking to another person. Which I already did and they still just marked it as solved.

    Theultimatetd222 removed it , the email u used have to be free so they can retrieve it give them tickets tomorrow they prolly think ur throlling or something
