how to get my hacked account back

is there anyway that i can retrieve it ? and return it to the original email  i used before because i got hacked and the only thing there is my phone number but i cant online it anymore because... it is um hacked by some guy named song_mu and i was hoping a staff will reply to me and not a bot or automatic reply :(( its been 2 days and i couldnt sleep well because i have this acc for like 2018 and i have important files on it

    do i have to submit request everyday ?

    You shouldn't. If your request gets closed by a bot, then you should try again. That's what I heard atleast.

    So like update the hacker still didnt use my acc and i hope he wont ever again my discord is full of important files :<< 
    and they can be used against me.

    ÆtherNomad my ticket was very simple but i put all my files in the reply button like all the details i can think of and instead of putting 3+ proofs i send a zip file and use the email u use that got hacked
