0 help in over 2 months with my hacked account

So i fell for the it seems viral method of hacking that people are using on discord of sending a link to a “2d adventure game" website that asks you to try the game, dowloaded it and my saved information in my pc got stolen, this compromised my outlook email and my discord account, the hacker changed credentials and both and microsoft after verifying the hack proceed to permanently block the account, discord support team in over 2 months has done nothing, literally every single platform i contacted that i had that email associated to (riot, twitch, steam… even epic games where it took a lot of fighting) solvedthe problem and changed the email, discord has done nothing, just allows the hacker to have access to my private conversations and luckily the credit card i had in discord was spoiled. Is it so hard to ask for a little help to verify me as the creator and owner of the account and changed the email to 1 i have access to?
