Hello to all who have the same problem as me.Ā 

I am not any person affiliated with support this is purely my own idea to share my experience as I am waiting like hundreds of other users to be unblocked for underage on discord.

This is my fourth day waiting for a response from support. During this time I have read hundreds of topics on the forums dedicated to this topic.

The most important thing is for you to remain calm. If you have made more than one ticket do not do it! Your further requests will be considered by the ticket system as potential spam and will be closed right away. If you have one ticket open, stick to it, if you are waiting for a longer period of time for help, under the ticket you have the add/reply tab and write there, remembering about a healthy approach and not overdoing it.Ā 

Remember that reading such things can spoil your head. People who wrote that they did not receive help long ago received it and are poisoning their heads with false information that their accounts are not blocked and this is not the case. They are just forgetting to notify others and do not close created topics.Ā 

I wrote to discord support on Twitter yesterday. They replied to me that the help desk dealing with these requests for underage has a flurry of tickets, and it may take longer than usual to respond to other requests.Ā 

Also remember that if you get your account unblocked and reblocked, never again write any number anywhere, even to people you trust, either verbally or in writing, because you may get blocked again and go through the same thing.Ā 

Remember you are not alone along with you there are hundreds of other users waiting for help. I wish you good luck, and I promise that if help is given for me I will share my experience with you

    Do you know if they still delete the accounts after 30 days, I donā€™t mind waiting months as long as they donā€™t delete it XdĀ

    You know it depends. As on your account there are actions by support that is suspension your account can be deleted after a month, however you must have an active ticket. Then there are also cases that some people's accounts are not removed and stand inactive even a few months.Ā

    I opened 2 in the same day cause I accidentally didnā€™t attach the photo. They closed the second ticket and after that I attached the picture on the comments of the first ticket .

    You really shouldnā€™t stress, there isnā€™t much you can do.

    Just donā€™t spam tickets and wait. Iā€™ve been waiting for 20 days and Iā€™ve seen that people are not getting their accounts deleted if they have open ticketsĀ

    have you tried submitting another? i waited 16 days with my first one before submitting another, its status changed to solved two hours later. i tried logging in but it didn't work so now im just confused
