they banned my account because in theory I'm not old enough

I tried to prove that I am old enough, but they immediately closed my applications and did not want to open my account

    just in case, create a new account and try to regain contacts and describe the situation. Create ONE ticket and stick to it. Don't add any others because you'll only prolong the queue and everyone will have to wait longer for requests to be processed. stay warm and we're keeping our fingers crossed that we'll all get through it
