My experience with trust and safety

Just a reminder to make sure you never post anything that can be against ToS or even just taken out of context. Discord will punish you for it no matter how long it's been.

My account has been disabled for 4 months now and it's approaching the 6 month deletion mark. I've made so many tickets which all get nothing but the usual auto response.

I don't understand how it's even possible for a site this large to have such a poor support system in place. Not once have I interacted with a human agent. Just the faceless trust and safety bot or Clyde. Or the Nelly bot instantly solving tickets.

But yeah I managed to screenshot the system messages before I went from limited to disabled. How fun.

    Every day reading these forums I lose hope in discord, thanks for sharing this it may open some people's minds

    Similar situation my friend. Only I didn’t have time to take a screenshot of the system messages, but when I was given these two warnings, it said 188 days. This is the worst support possible. The tickets I wrote were closed. Not responding for weeks or months is not normal.
