My account got disabled for the SECOND time, and the person checking the request doesn't even read

My account got disabled yesterday for the second time due to a mistake saying that I'm not old enough to use the discord in my country.

I have sent a photo showing my face, my ID and my discord username, but the support doesn't even check.

I did the same process in 2022, when it got disabled for the first time by the samw mistake.

The support person that was responsible to read was Nelly, I didn't get any responses and this person just marks that I'm not old enough

    Nelly is a bot, support is a joke right now. I've been waiting 2 months to get my situation handled.
