Minimum age requirements? And got my account falsely banned because of it.

So, my account were blocked because of “minimum age requirements”, i've been doing second appeal because the first one i didnt describe properly.

After, when my appeal status were solved, i didnt recive any discord support's message or so. My account were still blocked, even when i show my face and my passport. At this point i think discord just doesnt care about it. I'm still sad because of it, i have many friends on it to talk with.
