Age appeal issue

My account got suspended about three weeks ago now. It was suspended over a joke of me saying “I was 11” I thought me sending a request and appealing would work but no one has looked or replied to my requests. I've sent them a picture of them verifying my identity but they just haven't looked at it or unsuspended my account. I don't know what to do.

    okay so, i went through the same thing but i reactivated my account after a long wait, basically discord support might seem slow, because they have probably like thousands of simmilar tickets like this the wait time i recieved without sending any other tickets was 17 days and waited 25 with sending external tickets because i was stressed out. just fyi your account gets deleted in 31 days after it was disabled so you should definitely have time and just be patient and dont send additional requests
