Hacked Account Please HELP

My account got hacked on 3rd June and I tried sending them every possible proof. Everytime I get a reply saying that you have to put Backup codes or delete your account. My account is 4years old so you would know how it feels to lose it. Is there any way I can get my account. How many months will it take?
