ANY REPLY FROM SUPPORT SYSTEM DIDN'T EVEN HELPED ME
My account was hacked, and I wrote a few requests attempting to get it recovered, but they always marked it as solved. I gave up because it had already affected me, and I was going to ask to have the account deleted. The email was altered to the hacker's email, and I no longer have access to that account. Upon opening a ticket to request the account's deletion, I was informed that I would need to send a confirmation of the deletion if I didn't have access to it. Since I altered the account myself, the hacker's email was included because they were attempting to trick me. However, there is a note that reads, "Note: We need to receive the account deletion request from the email address associated with the Discord account to protect our users' privacy and security.Since the connected email isn't even mine, how am I going to submit the confirmation from that one? My alt account's username is in my pronouns, thus I have proof that the hacked account is mine.
Please help me with this one, if I misunderstood something from their reply just please enlighten me about it.
