My tickets say solved but I haven’t received a single reply or any help

I created a ticket because my account was suspended for being underaged, I tried to get it resolved with photo evidence of my passport my username and my face in a picture as instructed to do by the forum guidelines when trying to prove your age but instead my tickets just get solved with no reply or anything changing I don’t know what to do if anyone can help me that will be appreciated

    just add a comment to the closed post and it should open it again. then u js gotta wait ig for a human to read ur appeal. ppl wait from 3-30 days so its just patience. im in the same boat, its been 2 days so far..
