Account disabled for age, but Im an adult!

My account got suspended a couple of days ago for “being under 13”. I'm 18 years old 

I sent an appeal with my selfie, id, and written username and the appeal now says “solved” and when I log in my account said permanently suspended. This is really freaking me out since I have a lot on that account, and I really don't want it to get banned. I resubmitted an appeal with a better photo, so I'm hoping they reinstate my account.

Did I mess up my chances the first time around? Is my account gone forever now? Please help me!!

    Update: my new ticket says solved now, and I'm still banned. I don't know what to do

    Just answer on the map that the problem has not been solved and the map will be opened again, the bots solve it automatically…
