What Does This Mean???

 So I checked my status, and I would like to know… what does this mean???? What do I do?   I received no update nor email back, so I'm curious to see if this has happened to people who have gotten their account back. Please let me know! :)

    Heya hope this helps but yes I have gotten those before on my tickets at the time when my discord account was compromised basically it means a bot marked your ticket as solved and those get really annoying best thing to do is submit another ticket.

    Basically what I did was 

    I put my username but don’t put the number tag on the username cause that’s what I did so put your username on your ticket but without including your number tag and what I meant the number tag I meant something like this for example JohnDoe#0000 

    ((Btw not an actual username tho just using that as an example of what I meant))

    And then I click on the I was tricked by someone impersonating support or staff option on how i suspected my discord account was compromised 

    And then I click on yes i received an email from Discord explaining my account's associated email address was recently changed option 

    Then after that I write my description if you’d like here’s a screenshot I took of what I put as my description you can take as reference or example atleast 

    And then after I put my description on my new ticket I also suggest putting a few screenshots on the ticket mostly a screenshots of you having a convo with the hacker if you do have any and I also included a screenshot of my full discord profile that includes username display name etc so I also suggest doing that I  included the full screenshot of my discord profile so I can prove to discord support that I was the owner of my discord account and if you want an another example this is what I mean when I took a full screenshot of my discord profile 

    Btw dw my username isn’t felix_to0th anymore tho I changed my username to something else after I got my discord account back lol but yeah that’s what I mean when I said i suggest to take a screenshot of your full discord profile etc to prove your the owner of your account.


    And then after I put all the info on my ticket I then submitted and then got a Clyde reply like always saying while the team investigates this please read the following points 

    I then waited and then last week on Monday I got a response from Hunter saying they escalated my ticket for the team to look further into 

    and then so I waited another couple days or atleast tried to enjoy my vacation at Arizona phoenix cause at the time I was on vacation to go see Melanie Martinez’s concert at the time when I got that response from Hunter 

    And then after I waited atleast 5 days that week and then when it was Thursday I overslept a little late cause I was super tired from my trip and then I saw I got a response on my ticket I will admit I was a bit nervous at first thinking i got another response from trust & safety but when I opened the email I got I was met up with surprised and excitement cause that’s when I got my discord account back 

    i immediately logged into my account and I fixed everything the hacker has done onto my account I also immediately turned 2FA on and then changed my password and then I rejoined the servers the hacker left and also had to sent ban appeals in the servers I was in cause the hacker got my discord account banned on some discord servers but dw the appeals got accepted and I was able to join back on the servers I was in but basically i’d suggest doing what I did but also don’t give up be determined you’ll get your account back eventually it took me like around 3 months to get my discord account back and I’ve submitted atleast 52 tickets Yikes! I know that’s a lot but really like I said be determined Ik you’ll get your account back soon and I wish you luck :]
