Hacker immediately changed my account's email
My account got compromised and the perpetrator immediately changed the email, and I have no way of accessing it, reverting the changes the hacker made, I submitted my support ticket shortly after mine was compromised.
Can you help revert the hacker's damages, I created my support ticket several times and each response are the same, all were considered "solved" even though it isn't it. So, I am still hoping to get an actual human response someday.

Unfortunately discord outputs their support to a 3rd party ai support team so only bots will answer tickets for now.
Every time one gets solved open another one, do not open multiple at a time though. Opening more than one request consistently can mark you for spam and eventually get you blackmailed and they won’t even bother looking at your requests.
Make sure you say “Yes” to the email change part of your request. So far when it comes to getting help it’s a waiting game, it could take a month or so before human cares enough to look at the ticket and escalate it.
Dont give up, it is disheartening to see the “we can’t do anything just make a new account” but it’s because the bots literally don’t have the ability to do anything further than solving basic problems.3 -

what if the ticket is claimed as solved? is there a chance the humans find and respond after that? or do you just gotta be lucky and hope the bot dosn't mark it?0
