My Discord account was hacked and my email address was changed

Recently, I downloaded a suspicious program outside of Discord and got accessed by an unknown user in the Netherlands (I'm far from there). I checked my email and saw suspicious activities from it. However, what I didn't know is that Discord never sent me any notice of suspicious stuff. I thought that changing my email password would log me out of every app, but no, not with Discord. When I checked my Junk Mail, however, it was all too late. They had changed my password and email address so easily without any warning going into my Inbox. Discord didn't recommend any safety features to work in the first place. When I tried to get it back by contacting Discord support, it was no help and sent me a bot to reply, not relating to my problem. I did try to log in with my Phone Number, but it didn't work.
