Literally No Help, Why?

I have been trying to get my account back for a little under two weeks at this point, and I kept getting my tickets solved by Clyde without any help whatsoever. On my eighth ticket, I thought I might have had a chance, but that glimmering fire was put out when my ticket kept being solved without any response from any member. I have tried reopening the ticket, but anyone that is assigned the ticket keeps solving it without any help. Is this the service that Discord provides? No help and actively shutting down anyone that seeks it? It’s ridiculous. Is there any reason for this?

    Literally. My ticket has been open with no response for forever. How are people being paid for support but not doing their job.

    their support is garbage. we should ask for refunds with nitro or ask our banks for a refund as it feels like fraud at this point. discord is run by AI it seems.

    Yupp its like that. I got my account back after about 3 months and 19 tickets, the only thing you can do is to be persistent and as annoying as you can. Just dont submit several tickets at once, as you will be marked as spam

    It took a day to get a response on the first ticket, but the response just told me that it was “escalated”, only for it to be shut down by Clyde bot. Each ticket after that also had a 1 day, 2 hour response, ranging from someone saying it was “escalated” and being shut down by Clyde or simply just Clyde shutting it down.

    Yesterday, I accidentally made a ticket in a wrong email. Clyde Bot response my ticket after 11 minutes and told me “However, it doesn't look like there is a banned account associated with the email address you're writing in from, so there isn't anything we can do to help you here.”. But the ticket that I made on the email with the ban account has no response. I don't know why, but anyways thank you.

    They are useless. I'm thinking to call them using my phone number but I don't think that'll actually help.
