support not responding and putting my issue as solved
My account got disabled I put in a request to get it active again but they just put it as solved while I don't have acces to my account.

I second this. made a new account and said my phone number is already attached. i didnt sign up with a phone number on the new account and yet its saying my activity is “suspicious” and needs to verify my number. a number not linked to the account. so how the hell am i suppose to verify something that doesnt exist? tickets just send generic bot responses and are of ZERO help. 0/5 rating

yeah I made like 5 different support tickets because they would either be “solved” or a bot would give me directions on how to reinstate it even though the directions are ineffective. Lmfao it took 3 weeks for a real person to reply and they said they wont reinstate my disabled account. my account legit got disabled because i changed the linked email.. thats not against tos

I've made at least a few hundred tickets that Clyde auto-closes too, and I presume Discord is just chill with bots tellin' people can't help ya. Enjoy your suicide!!

They don't like me using bots though. Even though I never did anything against their terms. But their bot is the coolest. I should go kill myself Clyde! Thanks for the help!

Around an week or so. Got an automatic response saying that the ban was justified, never elaborated on what it was about and to contact them if I had any questions about it's length

I made two tickets from my main email and one ticket on this email T_T , bro I never thought I can see my tickets in logging in. Hope they won't call it as a spam T_T .
