disabled account

I had a virus on my pc and it somehow disabled my account, I upped two tickets and haven't received an answer yet, is anyone having the same problem here with the support? They're not answering at all and I think discord accounts get perma deleted after 30 days of inactivity and its almost 30 days..

    Yes, I have exactly the same problem. I have already created 6 requests, but all are ignored.

    Yesterday I created new requests with proof of age and started writing with threats that I would complain to lawyers and others, and today my account was unblocked. After 14 days.
