Account Suspended, No Response

My account was suspended for “being underage” two weeks ago. I opened my ticket and waited. This morning “Neptune” marked that ticket as “Solved” with no email, no comment, no correspondence whatsoever and my account is still locked out. What do?

    honestly I would make a new account, if your account is suspended and moderation isn't doing anything just make a new one.
