Tickets were completely deleted without a response.

Hi,

My account was suspended for age violations even though Im an adult, so I've been trying to appeal it. I just noticed that all but one of my tickets were completely deleted instead of just being shown as “solved” 
I've gotten no response from any support staff, I'm still banned, and I'm at a loss for what to do. Do I just continue waiting??

    if youve provided all details, it is probably over, them doing that is showing they have no interest in helping however you can still try by reopening the ticket (just add a comment to it)

    No they deleting tickets and even whole support accounts.

    This is incredibly weird, tbh.

     

    Like it's  one thing if an certain someone wouldn't shut up about their mental health problems; but I feel like there's something more going on

    Right?? My tickets were completely wiped :,) No notifs of their deletion either. All I did was explain the situation and provide my verification pic. Hopefully I hear back
