My tickets become marked as solved without getting any help.

Whenever I  make a ticket to appeal an action taken against my account the ticket gets marked as solved without ever getting helped. 
I sent a friend request to a person and got a warning for “sending malicious link or file”. After that I can't join servers, add people or msg people who haven't messaged me first. If I write to someone, (EVEN IF WE HAVE EACH OTHER ADDED AS FRIENDS), and they haven't messaged me before I get an action taken against my account banning me from doing anything for 24h hours. I quite literally wrote “test” to someone that's on my friends list and got suspended for 24h.
