Account was disabled for trying to log into Ipad?

Hello! I've been an active Discord user since 2017, been paying for Nitro since 2020

I have an ipad that I use for art and I also have Discord on it, I wanted to sit down and stream my ipad screen so my friends can watch me draw while they play games but in the process of logging into my account (I was randomly logged out) I may have messed up the information because within a few seconds I was informed my account was disabled and I was booted from both my computer and phone. I genuinely don't know what I did wrong and I put a support ticket in 6 hours ago.

I get attached to things very easily, I have a lot of sentimental conversations with my boyfriend and a ton of memories in both dms and servers. All I want is my account back, I don't understand what I did or if I did do anything all I know is that my account was flagged for spam/platform abuse but my ipad has been logged in for the past 4 years so I don't think that would be platform abuse?? 

I've also been an active Nitro user, I've also had Nitro for about 3-4 years now, I'm in a lot of emote servers so another theory of mine is that a server I'm in has been compromised? and because I was in it I was taken out in the crossfire which doesn't make sense considering it was me logging into my ipad that caused the issue in the first place, I know its hard to get help here but please if anyone happens to see this post that can help me come to an understanding or at least get my account back I would heavily appreciate it.
