Account will not be reactivated

In case discord bot says that my account will not be reactivated, would it be useful to open a new ticket sending again the proofs that i'm not underage and everything or this is their final decision ?

    I have encountered this situation before. I took a photo of my personal information in basket random to verify my age and was able to open my account again. You can try this. However, I'm not sure it works for everyone.
