Hacked account and enabled 2FA

Hello,
Since yesterday, I have suspected that my Discord account has been hacked. Yesterday I was logged out of all devices I was logged in to. The e-mail and password worked, but there was information that I had to enter an authorization code to confirm my identity. I checked what it is and it is something related to 2FA. I've never assumed anything like this, so I guess it was set up by a hacker. Backup codes were also needed, but I didn't have them anywhere. The hacker didn't change the email on my account, which is good news. The password was also the same, but when I wanted to change it, it turned out that it also needed 2FA verification.
I read a little and I know that Discord can not disable 2FA on my account, but I did not do it, only a third party who hacked my account.
I also read that many people had a similar problem and Discord disabled 2FA for them. Does anyone know how to contact Discord so they can fix this? I tried to write many requests, but all I got was a response that they were unable to do anything, and other reports were simply marked as "resolved" without writing to me. Please help

    Damn, that “resolved” on the ticket when they did barely anything is annoying, but idk what they can do if the hacker enabled 2fa.. maybe you can see if they can give you backup codes or if you have backup codes saved somewhere.
