Discord Nelly solving my request but no response from a human

Discord bot Nelly is closing and solvin* my request with no response 

What got me here was a accidental charge back and I made this post once


And I’m not getting no signs of human interaction 


Can someone help?

    how do you “accidentally” charge back?

    Just admit you did a charge back lol.

     

    As for Nelly, everyone hear is reporting Nelly is a bot…. but no evidence/proof of that. Coul dbe they run support with a skeleton crew of 3-4 people… Typefrag operated that way for decades.
