Audit Log Searchability

As a server manager, it would be very nice to be able to see individual users audit logs, instead of moderators. I have had several instances where I wanted to see who performed an action on a specific user but couldn't as there are 100s of logs a day, and even filtering it down to the action still has too many logs to sort through just to find one action for a specific user.
