Account Disabled

Three days ago my account got disabled from chargebacks related to nitro. The chargebacks were made because the nitro subscription continuation was not intentional, and since then I’ve been left in the dark despite submitting tickets, with evidence of both purchase and chargeback. I really just want the nitro taken off the account so I can sign back in and cancel the subscription before it charges my card again next month

  There still seems to be a backlog of about 10 days worth of tickets at Discord, not much more you can do other than to wait it out unfortunately

  Hello,
  my Discord account was recently disabled for "being below the age of 13", which I am not. I have provided a fully detailed ticket in the Discord support, but I have unfortunately been ignored for 11 days straight. I have no clue to where to move on next, because my account contained my whole career as a developer.
