Account Falsely Disabled

Hello,
my Discord account was recently disabled for "being below the age of 13", which I am not. I have provided a fully detailed ticket in the Discord support, but I have unfortunately been ignored for 11 days straight. I have no clue to where to move on next, because my account contained my whole career as a developer.
