My Account Has Been Falsely Disabled For Over Five Days, And No One Has Reached Back To Me Yet.

So currently, my account is disabled for “indicating that you're under the age of 13.” Obviously, the message they're referring to is not true in any shape or form. The content of the message itself should read as me claiming that I'm five years old, but this was a response to someone as a joke, and not an actual statement which verifies my true, genuine, correct age. Now, this isn't the first time this has happened, and I am very angry that this has happened to me again. I did not wish to follow the rules requested by the email, since I've done this before, and I felt there was no reason for me to do so. I decided to send about four submissions regarding this, and no one has responded to any of my requests. Now, these submissions weren't sent on the same day, mainly because I didn't want to spam the support staff, so they were sent on four separate days. I will be going over all of them. My first submission was just a very angrily written one, because I was incredibly irritated when I randomly got locked out from my account the day I was on vacation. I was talking to a friend in the afternoon about my day, and then I immediately get our conversation cut. So, you can imagine how annoyed I was when that happened. There was no response. While I do apologize for rushing to send that submission out without any integral context to help my situation, like forgetting to put in my discord username to recognize which account I was talking about, I did provide more information in hopes that someone would reach out to me, and not gloss over the previous submission like I would assume they did. There was no response. The day after that, I just decided to follow the rules sent to me in the email, send that submission to support, and pray that something would change by me doing this. There was no response. At that point, I decided I should at least wait a day to see what will happen by tomorrow, and tomorrow is today for when this post is getting published, since perhaps they are very busy, and I'm clearly just being very impatient. There was still no response. Now, here we are today, I've just sent another submission, where I not only go over what I said in the second submission, but I even gave them the same picture I took of myself holding my ID card, and a notebook with my username on one of the notebook pages. Still. No. Response. I cannot express anymore how frustrating this has been. Hopefully making this post will bring more attention to my troubles and will get my account back up and running, so I don't have to deal with this anymore.
