Groundless ban

My friend’s account was banned due to child safety, but he did not violate the rules in any way and I consider this a groundless ban. There were no messages about blocking. Is it possible to get my friend's account unbanned? I am writing this on my own behalf because support is ignoring my friend's requests. His account name is .pose. Account was created on october 4th 2018
