Issue "SOLVED"?

So i have this problem with my account that has appeared and as soon as i create a request and submit it, some user named “NELLY” keeps solving it, i guess Nelly isnt a bright bot, when it takes o much IQ to do one thing, do not solve peoples requests without fixing or replying to them if you are not a bot.

    I swear to god, this is one of the worst customer services in the world. I got hacked by software, it infiltrated my Discord and Steam and logged me out. I got my Steam account back easily, however, Discord just sends a bot to solve our problems and give suggestions. I got a reply from a real Discord admin once and they sent back their bot to confirm that they could do nothing. All solutions provided by Clyde are useless once you're logged out of all devices.

    I feel your pain, such useless customer serivice, a notch worse than instagram's aswell.

    Literally no matter what it’ll just say “solved” and then they refuse to respond? What is the point of support?
