Banned For Underage When I Am 19

I run a large discord server for a large content creator with 1,000,000 subs called K9 https://www.youtube.com/@K-9 here is also his server https://discord.gg/k-9

I also moderate for a upcoming VR game called DigiGods on meta quest https://www.meta.com/en-gb/experiences/6859397944122034/ and here is the discord link https://discord.gg/digigods

I desperately need access to my account again so I'm able to properly moderate server members as I no longer have access to my account, its causing a ton of issues right now and I really need a response as fast as possible.

I am 19 years of age not 12 or below, I have no idea how long discord usually takes to respond to tickets but any answers would be great

I am hoping showing what I do on discords platform shows some legitimacy but I need discord to know that this is a false ban

(I also have had 3 consecutive years of discord nitro and there is no way I am letting $300 go down the drain over this)

    It's frustrating to be banned for underage access when you're actually 19. If you're facing issues with restrictions, it might be worth checking if there are any specific reasons behind the ban
