Why does Discord mark the tickets as resolved and not reply back?

When the dates showed July 19, 2024, I was on vacation and wanted to log in to Discord from my phone and chat, but my account was logged out, I was surprised and I tried to log in, but when I tried to log in, I encountered the error (your account has been disabled) and when I tried to log in again a few days later, there were 2 rule violations in my account. Both of them happened 1 minute apart, my account was accessed without my knowledge and the rules were violated and it was suspended deliberately. I opened a ticket on Discord before and they did nothing but mark it as resolved. Now I request that my account be examined and unsuspended and opened.
