This auto ban/disable BOT of discord is HORRIBLE!

I'm a Modder which means I work on games and their codes! Also i do commissions which means people pay me to make something for them.
yesterday I was trying to send bunch of codes (asset codes which were not same either) in our moding channel and This stupid bot kept removing my comment! I didn't even realize what is going on since there was no spam or warning so I did try 2 more times and then I was kicked and asked to prove that I'm not a bot and reconfirm my email!
then this  stupid system flagged me as spammer! now today I was trying to msg another Modder WHO ADDED ME TO HIS FRIEND LIST! when suddenly this stupid bot kicked me out and disabled my account! and i have no way to contact my customer who have already paid me! (believe me if i know discord was such horrible unsafe system for business i would have gave him email or steam account! i thought discord was a trustable platform)

REALLY?! NO WARNING OR HOUR STRIKE BEFORE BAN?!
This auto ban system is LAZY, and HORRIBLE! discord is charging people with money for bunch of cheap features and do all kind of dances to get money from people and with all that resource they get this is the ban system they add?!!

    I got banned for silly joke about the age 

    Like is one message enough to make a whole account to be suspended

    my account got disabled last month for spamming and I keep getting nelly saying that they can't find my account
