Phantom Ban

I was recently “banned” from a server but when I got in contact with several mods regarding it they say I was never banned and I'm not on the ban list.

For this reason I'm stuck in this Schrodinger's cat paradox where I can't rejoin the server because I'm banned but can't be unbanned by a mod because to them I'm not banned.

We have tried several ways to fix the issue, banning then unbanning, changing IP address, heck I can't even join via an entirely new account, nothing works.

Does anyone know a way to fix this.

    Ask them to copy your ID and then use the /unban Command from Discord itself. This should potentially fix the issue.
