can't log in my account after a ban

dear discord,

i was banned in ~august 15 in 2023 for being underage. i am now 13, and my account should have been unbanned in 4:53 am utc. i already did recover my password, and i'm trying to login via my phone number. i have two-factor authentication on, and i still can get the code. but when i try to log in, it just restarts. i mean, its just again the login screen. i have no error code showing at all.

i tried everything. i tried to login on phone, on browser pc client and on pc client. everything is the same. please help. i'm so annoyed with this thing

    is my acc deleted forever? why tf would i need to wait a year if my acc got deleted? why wouldnt you like show an error that says “your account is deleted” or sum? whats with accounts of all the people yall ignored an appilation from?

    The same thing happened to me, I don't know what to do, please discord staff fix this.

    I believe they're backlogged and it's taking significantly longer than usual.

    My guess is they just changed how their system works and many people got erroneously flagged. They're getting at least 10k tickets per day per my rough estimate given the ticket IDs I have.
