Discord support
I just wanted to get on here and share my experience with discord support since they are the worst support team ever even though they have so much money. My account recently got hacked, I fell for the I accidentally reported you scam. I have submitted tickets and showed proof that I was hacked and that they needed to change my email back to the original one that was there before I changed it to the hackers email. All I get is bot responses from Clyde about troubleshooting. My account is currently disable because the hacker is sending messages and scams to other people on my account, meaning it will be deleted in 12 days from now if discord support doesn’t actually help me. Discord support is a 50/50 chance. I’ve seen people get hacked by the same thing and get their account back within a day, I’ve seen others that never get it back after months. Discord chooses who to help and who not to help and they are useless and have no clue what they are doing. How can a team like them have such a bad support system? It’s genuinely embarrassing.

Yeah, I fell for the same scam as you back on June 29 at around midnight as my main account got hacked, but then I got it back on August 2. I got help from those posts here.

Here's how I did it, and I think I'll help you.
Title: I want to speak to a person
Username: Your username for your account.
Email associated with the account before it was compromised: Your original account email, and not the burner email.
Suspicion of how you believe the account was compromised: I don't know / I'm not sure (putting "I was tricked by someone impersonating support or staff" might not do anything, even when you probably don't have proof that your account got hacked from this scam)
Did you receive an email from Discord explaining your account's associated email address was recently changed?: Yes
Description: "My Discord account's email was changed. The login page says that my email does not exist. I cannot login. Is there any way I could talk to a human?"
I don't know if this might help you, but maybe you could try it and see if you get a human response or not. I already got one on August 2, and it helped me get my main account back.

Just sent it. Hopefully they respond quick. I’ve already gotten the our team doesn’t have anymore information on this topic so I hope it works. I have 12 days before it’s deleted since it’s been disabled :/

Just got another bot response from Clyde saying they can’t provide more information about the request. I think my account is gone for good

Arhammahmad06 I did both. I made a ticket but got a bot response then made another with the same title and description.

they downsized their support, replacing it with bots.
and the remaining support employees are obviously struggling to keep up with tickets.But Discord CEO doesn't care since he has enough money to buy a small island.

Just keep replying and making new tickets asking for a real person but don’t spam.

It’s been a week and they still keep closing my tickets 😭 I just want my account back man. Why can’t they verify I’m the owner? I may switch to iMessage or something after I get my account back and secure it
