Discord kept marking my tickets as solved without a response by putting everything on the ticket.

I'm still struggling to get my hacked account back in 2 months. 

I submit a ticket and half an hour ago my ticket was automatically marked as solved without a comment. Step one, I tried doing (Help & Support > General Questions) to say my ticket was automatically marked as solved, I got a response from nelly saying they will escalate the ticket but a few days later I got an automated message, I reply to it and I received a unsuccessful reply, I was told to submit a new ticket. Step two I tried creating a new ticket about my account hacked and it marked it as solved without a response, I have reply to the ticket saying I need help still to keep it open for assistance.

I tried following up the 15d closed ticket, it also marked as solved, they have not checked or anything at all.

I tried everything in 2 months, I tried saying “yes” on the email change, that gave me an automated response, I tried giving them a lot of real proof about my account was hacked, that didn't not work and it marked as solved with no reply, I even tried putting it as a short description and with screenshots, nothing, I tried what others told us to do, it's repeatedly marked solved automatically with no response but it works for the others. I don't want to lose my account that has ownership in my community server and it got 100+ members.

Isn't there a way for them to respond? They keep marking it as solved without a comment from them.
