underage ban and AFK moderation

10 days ago, I was banned under the "small age" clause. Probably the funniest thing is that Discord does not update the rules for filing an appeal, which is why my friends send photos with mail or with an old nickname with numbers. I've been on discord since 2020, losing my account because of a joke and moderation, which checks applications once a week, is terrible. A week ago, I wrote 5 tickets, 4 of which were simply closed yesterday morning. There is only one ticket left, which was updated at the time when the others were closed. I am very worried about this

    Hey, they are all closed because you made multiple tickets. They are sorting them out like that instead of sending 5 replies. They are responding so slow because everyone makes so many tickets. Just leave the first one open and don't create more. You can't do more than wait until someone answers.
